This week..

Tenner Challenge update
Having pitched our ideas to the class we then chose some to work  with.
1.Several children suggested selling cookies.We made Cookies to sell at home. We costed out our expenses for ingredients. We packaged our product and wrote a persuasive letter to parents.
We took a class vote on how much we should charge (2 euros) based on our costs and profit margin.














2. Harry ‘pitched’ the idea of a lemonade stall. He supplied lemonade and a chilling cooler. The class sold cups for 20 cents at the Year 3 cake sale. Sometimes businesses have to use other events and spot a ‘gap in the market’. We made over 10 euros profit.
